Different families have different ways of eating, as their staple food is different. There are many diverse food habits as there are many areas in the world. You travel every 5 kilometers and the language along with the culture differs in many parts of the world. One thing that remains similar irrespective of the differences is that a maximum number of families like to consume some kind of fruit during the day. The percentage intake of fruits in olden days was definitely much more than today. It has been proved scientifically that the intake of fruits keeps the human body healthy and fit.
The enormous amounts of enzymes present in fruits help the pancreas do their work and remove toxins from the body. The most important factor about consuming fruits is that fruits do not create any kind of mucus inside the human body. In fact the fibers that they produce help in providing roughage and they even help to remove the mucus that has been in the body for ages.
Fruits are available all over the world and are not difficult to find. Make sure that you consume the fruit closest to its cultivation season. Initially while starting a fruit diet few might complain of meager problems like diarrhea, etc. Do not consume more of citrus fruits, avoid consuming more of them. It might lead to an increase in detoxification. Try and eat more of non acid fruits and fruits with high quantity of water like water melon instead.
